Reprezent Radio Interview-Spreading The Artistic Love

On the 23 of March, I was invited for an interview at Reprezent radio, a radio station for young Londoners.
I loved being there and taking this opportunity to reach and speak to a younger audience, as i feel they are just as important in knowing about my creative pursuits as any adult or collector.
The radio station had a few excited DJ's waiting their turn on the decks, there were also a few bystanders who were just chilling and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere.

Lorelle the interviewer/radio host was as energetic as ever, often throwing various tricky questions at me, which allowed me to think quickly of my feet and giving them a few things to laugh at whilst i was at it.

A video was done of the nights interview. That will be available on my youtube channel a little bit later. For now, here is one of many pictures taken on the night.

HIP HIP HURRAY To the GUBA Awards team!

I was recently invited to attend the GUBA Awards in London. GUBA meaning Ghana UK Based Achievers.

This was a well organized event with lots of the usual well known TV stars, Actors,Radio personalities, designers, directors and the list goes on....

It is always good for me to take time out of the studio, and to be in such environments, to display my "other self".

Photos coming soon! but for now here's one of them.

Its getting 'THIRSTY' in Athens!

My second trip this year to Athens this year was a fantastic one. Although work consumed most of time there, it was hugely enjoyable. I was lucky to work with a team who understood the concept of the performance we had planned- 'THIRST", making everything smooth and professional.

Watch out for photos and the whole story. Coming soon!!!

'Kit and Caboodie'

Having carried this specially made case around to a few high profile events has been fun and an education. The question mostly asked is "Is that a Painting?", or "Is it a Carrier Case?". "Is it a piece of Art?". Well the answer is that its all those things and more, but as a creator, i create and do not necessarily label or categorize all i make. Sometimes, in fact most times its more freeing to create first, and then think later. 'Too much thinking spoils the broth'. I'm just glad its caught the imagination of the public, and along with other painted cases have now become part of the seemingly increasing number of trademark creations associated with my work.
